QA staat aan de basis van onze kwaliteitscultuur en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, compliance en patiëntveiligheid verweven zijn in alles wat we doen. Van kwaliteitsdocumentatie en audits tot leveranciersmanagement en procesverbeteringen: het team levert een directe bijdrage aan onze groei en professionalisering. De functie In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en continu verbeteren van de kwaliteit binnen onze leveranciersketen. Je werkt nauw samen met Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, QP's, RP's en andere interne stakeholders. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat leveranciers voldoen aan de vastgestelde kwaliteits-, compliance- en bedrijfsstandaarden én dat de prestaties en risico's van onze leveranciers goed inzichtelijk en beheersbaar zijn. Dit werk doe je samen met 3 andere QA Officers. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beoordelen en opvolgen van CMO- en supplier change notifications en het beoordelen van de impact hiervan op Focus Care; - Opstellen en coördineren van change controls om de benodigde wijzigingen binnen Focus Care naar aanleiding van supplier change notifications tijdig en zorgvuldig te implementeren en te borgen; - Opstellen van Product Quality Review (PQR)-rapporten, mede op basis van de PQR's en relevante kwaliteitsinformatie van leveranciers; - Supplier management, waaronder signaleren van kwaliteitsrisico's binnen de leveranciersketen; - Ondersteunen bij leverancierskwalificaties ...
