Je kennis en ervaring op het gebied van produceren onder wet- en regelgeving en systemisch kwaliteit vastleggen/verbeteren zijn zeer welkom. Dit ga je doen De Celtherapie Faciliteit (CTF) bestaat uit een gespecialiseerd team van dertig medewerkers die cel- en gentherapieën beschikbaar maken voor patiënten in het UMC Utrecht en daarbuiten. Het bewerken van stamceltransplantaten (SCT) voeren we uit voor de patiëntenzorg in het UMC Utrecht, het Prinses Máxima Centrum voor kinderoncologie en het St. Antonius Ziekenhuis in Nieuwegein. Ook doen we bewerkingen op celproducten om deze geschikt te maken voor verdere verwerking tot geneesmiddelen voor geavanceerde therapie (ATMP's), zoals CAR-T therapieën. Er is een team van 5 QA officers die ondersteunend zijn voor zowel de bewerkingen van stamceltransplantaten als een ATMP productie. Voor deze positie zijn we op zoek naar een QA officer die ondersteuning biedt aan het SCT team. Als QA officer bij de CTF ben jij (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem, de validatie en kwalificatie van apparatuur, ruimtes en personeel. Dit uit zich onder andere in het opstellen en wijzigen van kwaliteitsdocumenten, het beschrijven en uitrollen van procesverbeteringen en het trainen van personeel. Hiernaast heb je een actieve rol bij o.a. het analyseren van afwijkingen en in het opstellen, afhandelen en opvolgen van acties, inclusief lerend vermogen hierbij.
