Heb jij ervaring binnen Quality Assurance en voel jij je thuis in de foodretail? Dan ligt hier een mooie uitdaging voor je. Als QA Specialist Retail zorg je ervoor dat producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidseisen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's en klanten, beheert productspecificaties en draagt actief bij aan het verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem. Samen met een ervaren QESH-team werk je dagelijks aan het borgen én verbeteren van de kwaliteit.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- het beheren en actualiseren van productspecificaties, allergeneninformatie en voedingswaarden; - het onderhouden van retailklantportals; - het werken met certificeringen zoals BRC, Beter Leven en SKAL; - het beantwoorden van klantvragen en retailquestionnaires; - het onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitssysteem; - het voorbereiden en begeleiden van interne audits, klantaudits en certificeringsaudits; - het opvolgen van afwijkingen en klachten; - het signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen binnen QA-processen.

Je werkt vanuit een moderne productieomgeving in Oudewater, waar kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid iedere dag centraal staan.

Je hebt ervaring binnen de voedingsmiddelenindustrie en voelt je thuis in een retailomgeving waar kwaliteit centraal staat. Je werkt nauwkeurig, schakelt gemakkelijk met verschillende afdelingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen werkzaamheden.

Daarnaast heb je:

- een afgeronde wo-opleiding in Dierwetenschappen, Food Quality, Levensmiddelentechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting; - ervaring als QA Specialist binnen de foodretail; - kennis van BRC, Beter Leven, SKAL/BIO en retailspecifieke kwaliteitseisen; - ervaring met productspecificaties en retailklantportals; - een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
