Heb je een technische achtergrond en krijg je energie van kwaliteitsproblemen structureel oplossen? Als Quality Coördinator werk je rechtstreeks mee aan de kwaliteit van elektrische voertuigen en vorm je de schakel tussen klanten, productie en interne kwaliteitsafdelingen.

  • Je analyseert kwaliteitsproblemen die door klanten worden gemeld en coördineert de oplossing.
  • Je begeleidt klanten tijdens voertuigkeuringen en volgt afwijkingen en opmerkingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je verzamelt kwaliteitsgegevens en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke KPI's, analyses en Pareto-overzichten.
  • Je beheert verbeteracties en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen niet alleen worden uitgevoerd, maar ook blijvend worden toegepast.
  • Je stelt 8D-rapporten op en gebruikt kwaliteitsmethodieken om de oorzaak van problemen te achterhalen.
  • Je werkt mee aan preventieve en corrigerende maatregelen binnen productie en kwaliteit.
  • Je ondersteunt klantbezoeken en zorgt voor een professionele technische opvolging.
  • Je schrijft of verbetert procedures en werkinstructies binnen de kwaliteitsafdeling.
  • Je werkt samen met productie, engineering en andere interne teams om kwaliteitsproblemen structureel aan te pakken.
  • Je rapporteert belangrijke kwaliteitsissues en verbeteracties aan de Quality Manage
  • Je hebt minstens een bachelor in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt interesse in automotive, elektrische voertuigen en industriële productieprocessen.
  • Ervaring in automotive, machinebouw of een andere technische productieomgeving is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmanagement en bij voorkeur van ISO 9001 en ISO 14001.
  • Je kent kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, FMEA, MSA of QCP, of bent bereid hierin verder te groeien.
  • Je werkt analytisch en kunt complexe problemen vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van Frans of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en houdt ervan om problemen bij de oorzaak aan te pakken.
