Als quality & compliance engineer houd je de certificeringen en specificaties van een breed productportfolio op orde, terwijl je met kwaliteitsdata risico's signaleert voordat ze in de fabriek of bij de klant opduiken. Toezien op normen hoort erbij, maar de nadruk ligt op het signaleren van kansen om kwaliteitsprocessen structureel te verbeteren. Met kwaliteitsdata en de beschikbare systemen herken je trends, maak je procescapabiliteit inzichtelijk en zie je verbeterkansen vroeg aankomen. Samen met Operations pak je terugkerende productafwijkingen aan, waardoor klantklachten afnemen. Daar is overtuigingskracht voor nodig, omdat je Operations, Product Management en commerciële stakeholders adviseert over kwaliteitsvraagstukken, productspecificaties en noodzakelijke verbetermaatregelen. Producteisen, wet- en regelgeving en certificeringsnormen vertaal je naar heldere productspecificaties, productie-instructies en passende kwaliteitsborging.
