Bij Cobeco Pharma werk je aan producten die je terugziet bij alle grote retailers in Europa, waaronder Kruidvat, Etos en Easytoys. Wij zijn een snelgroeiende Nederlandse producent van intimate wellness producten, cosmetica en voedingssupplementen. Voor ons Operations team zoeken wij een gedreven Quality Control & Assurance Medewerker. In deze functie ben jij cruciaal voor het waarborgen van productkwaliteit, het naleven van regelgeving en het continu doorvoeren van verbeteringen. Je werkt onder begeleiding van de Head of Operations, je bent onderdeel van het kwaliteitsteam bestaande uit 3 andere collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alle kwaliteit gerelateerde activiteiten voldoen aan ISO 13485, FSSC 22000 en brancheregelgeving. Of je nu net begint of al de eerste stappen hebt gezet: bij ons krijg je de ruimte om te groeien op jouw niveau. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Ingangscontrole - Controleer en test inkomende grondstoffen en eindproducten - Monitor batchkwaliteit in magazijn- en productiefasen - Implementeer testprotocollen voor consistente productkwaliteit - Maak lotnummers aan en houd kwaliteitsregistraties bij Dagelijkse kwaliteitsronden - Voer geplande kwaliteitsrondes uit in productie- en magazijngebieden - Test machines na schoonmaakprocedures - Controleer omgevingscondities en productverplichtingen - Beoordeel werkorders op kwaliteitsnaleving - Organiseer testsamples - Naleving en documentatie Beheer en archiveer alle kwaliteitsgerelateerde documentatie Bereid CPNP-registraties en GSPR-nalevingsdocumenten voor Update Supplier Quality Assessments (SAQ) en volg leverancierscertificaten op Ondersteun interne en externe audits - Bij gebleken geschiktheid neem je deelaspecten van audits zelfstandig op je Volg trainingsdossiers en competenties Wat we zoeken - MBO of HBO werk- en denkniveau in een ...
