Vanwege de groei van onze internationale projecten zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Control Engineer voor ons QESH team. Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Control Engineer borg en organiseer je de kwaliteit van onze producten, met een duidelijke focus op stalen lasconstructies die worden geproduceerd bij externe leveranciers in het buitenland. Je combineert inhoudelijke inspecties met een coördinerende rol. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Uitvoeren en coördineren van process- en productinspecties; - Inspecteren van stalen constructies zoals baandelen, kolommen, trappen en bordessen; - Controleren van materiaalcertificaten, lasdocumentatie (WPS'en, lasserskwalificaties), meetrapporten en NDO‑rapportages; - Uitvoeren van VT‑inspecties en het (laten) uitvoeren van MT- en/of UT‑inspecties; - Afstemmen en samenwerken met externe inspectie‑ en keuringsinstanties; - Opzetten en bewaken van een overzichtelijke inspectieplanning in samenspraak met inkoop en productie; - Rapporteren van bevindingen en aandragen van verbetervoorstellen. Je werkt vanuit vanuit Vlodrop, met regelmatige bezoeken aan leveranciers in binnen- en buitenland. Gemiddeld genomen kun je uitgaan van 2 keer per maand enkele dagen op reis.
