The posting

Bij een hightech organisatie in Eindhoven binnen de sector elektrotechnische systemen en apparaten bewaak je als Quality Control Engineer de productkwaliteit. Binnen het Account Team ben je aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsvragen en vertaal je productafwijkingen naar gerichte verbeteracties. Je voert inspecties uit, stelt inspectie-instructies op en bewaakt de uitvoering van Control Plans. Ook ondersteun je de kwalificatie van nieuwe producten en help je kwaliteitsgerelateerde productieverstoringen op te lossen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je onderzoek aan producten met overleg met productie, het Account Team en leveranciers. Je analyseert oorzaken met de 8D-methodiek, registreert bevindingen en volgt corrigerende maatregelen op. Bij New Product Introductions werk je mee aan FAI en FMEA. Zo verdiep je je in kwaliteitsborging binnen fijnmechanische en mechatronische productie, met ruimte om je analytische vaardigheden en kennis van verbetertechnieken verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Productinspecties uitvoeren en duidelijke inspectie-instructies opstellen - Productafwijkingen analyseren, registreren en opvolgen met interne teams en leveranciers - Kwaliteitsproblemen onderzoeken en corrigerende maatregelen begeleiden met de 8D-methodiek - NPI-trajecten ondersteunen met First Article Inspection (FAI) en FMEA - Control Plans uitvoeren en de bijbehorende controles, registraties en monitoring bewaken - Leveranciersprestaties beoordelen en input leveren voor gerichte verbeteringen - KPI’s en PI’s binnen het Account Team bewaken en verbeteracties ondersteunen of initiëren Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische opleiding op mbo+/hbo-niveau - Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals Control Plan, FMEA en 8D - Ervaring in een fijnmechanische of mechatronische werkomgeving is een pre - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, mondeling en schriftelijk - Je analyseert zorgvuldig, neemt initiatief en brengt verbeterpunten overtuigend over - Je communiceert hel.
