Als Quality Control Engineer bewaak je de kwaliteit van statische procesapparatuur bij een middelgrote familieonderneming in Tiel. Je werkt aan warmtewisselaars, luchtkoelers, vaten en reactoren voor onder meer de chemische en petrochemische industrie, met af en toe werkzaamheden bij de klant. Je beoordeelt de kwaliteit onafhankelijk, stemt af met productie en rapporteert aan de QC/QA Manager. Functie-inhoud - Inspectie- en Testplannen opstellen volgens klanteisen, PED, ASME VIII Div. 1 en EN 13445 - Productkenmerken en keuringen vastleggen in producthandleidingen (MDB) - Inspectiebezoeken van klanten en keuringsinstanties plannen en begeleiden - Interne en externe inspecties en tests bewaken en kwaliteitscontroles afstemmen met productie - Leveringscertificaten controleren op materiaaleigenschappen en herkomst - Eindcontroles uitvoeren op producten en documentatie vóór vrijgave voor levering - Afwijkingen rapporteren, praktische oplossingen zoeken en corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen voorstellen Functie-eisen - Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole in een productieomgeving - Je hebt een kwaliteitsgerichte opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur IKT-2 of MLT/IWT - Je hebt ervaring met drukapparatuur of static equipment - Je beschikt bij voorkeur over brede materiaalkennis - Je bent in het bezit van VCA-VOL Aanbod - Marktconforme arbeidsvoorwaarden op basis van de cao Kleinmetaal - Afwisselend werk aan nieuwbouw, vervanging, modificatie en reparatie van procesapparatuur - Samenwerken met een team van technische specialisten - Een borrel op vrijdagmiddag
