Bij een hightech machinebouwer in Veldhoven bewaak je de kwaliteit van complexe EUV-systemen: van aangeleverde onderdelen tot assemblage, testen en installatie bij de klant. Als Quality Control Engineer vertaal je klanteisen naar meetbare kwaliteitscriteria en praktische controles in het productieproces. Je implementeert kwaliteitscontroleplannen, analyseert afwijkingen en zorgt dat inspecties en preventieve maatregelen daadwerkelijk bijdragen aan betrouwbare machines. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je productiedata, inspectieresultaten en klantfeedback om structurele oorzaken van kwaliteitsproblemen te achterhalen. Je werkt samen met productie, engineering, leveranciers en kwaliteitscollega’s en geeft inhoudelijke begeleiding aan quality engineers en inspecteurs. Met SPC, root cause analysis en Six Sigma onderbouw je verbeteracties en bespreek je de voortgang met het management. Zo verdiep je je expertise in complexe maakprocessen en help je teams om kwaliteitscontrole te standaardiseren en herhaling van afwijkingen te voorkomen. Functie-inhoud - Implementeren en onderhouden van kwaliteitscontroleplannen, inclusief Product Quality Inspection en SPC. - Organiseren en uitvoeren van inspecties en tests op onderdelen, materialen en complete systemen. - Analyseren van kwaliteitsafwijkingen met root cause analysis, 8D en Six Sigma-technieken. - Borgen van kwaliteitscriteria met procedures, inspecties en Poka Yoke-maatregelen. - Afstemmen van verbeteracties met productie, engineering en leveranciers en opvolgen van klantfeedback. - Inhoudelijk begeleiden van quality engineers en quality gate inspectors en ondersteunen bij audits. - Rapporteren over kwaliteits-KPI’s en adviseren over verbeteracties en escalaties. Functie-eisen - Een technische bachelor- of masteropleiding, bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde of Mechatronica. - Vijf tot zeven jaar ervaring met quality assurance en quality control binnen een productieomgeving. - Kennis van complexe hightech maakprocessen..
