Je werkt dicht op de productie en ziet direct wat jouw controles betekenen voor het vervolg van het proces. Constateren, vastleggen en ingrijpen horen bij jouw rol. Wanneer een product niet voldoet, zorg jij dat het wordt geblokkeerd, dat vervolgacties worden uitgezet en dat de registratie klopt. Daarnaast analyseer en rapporteer je kwaliteitsdata, zoals scrap, rework en terugkerende afwijkingen. Zo draag je bij aan structurele verbeteringen in het productieproces. Your profile Je bent een kwaliteitsprofessional die nauwkeurig werkt, duidelijk communiceert en durft in te grijpen wanneer een product of proces niet voldoet. - Je hebt MBO werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als QC Controller, Quality Inspector, kwaliteitscontroleur of quality control medewerker binnen een productieomgeving. - Je hebt ervaring met incoming goods inspection. - Je weet hoe je non-conforme producten blokkeert, beheerst en opvolgt. - Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsregistraties en werkt met QMS- en/of ERP-systemen. - Je kunt goed werken met Microsoft Office, vooral Excel. - Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, mondeling en schriftelijk. - Je werkt gestructureerd, registreert zorgvuldig en houdt overzicht wanneer meerdere afdelingen betrokken zijn.
