Als Quality Controller bewaak je de productkwaliteit doorheen het volledige productieproces, van grondstof tot afgewerkt product. Naast operationele kwaliteitscontroles krijg je een actieve rol in afwijkingsbeheer, procesverbeteringen en het verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitssysteem.

Onze klant is een internationale productieonderneming actief in duurzame materialen. Vanuit de productiesite in de regio Kallo ontwikkelt en produceert de organisatie hoogwaardige materialen die een duurzaam alternatief bieden voor traditionele oplossingen.

Innovatie, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid staan centraal. Binnen de productieomgeving werken onder meer Productie, Quality, R&D en Supply Chain nauw samen om een constante productkwaliteit en verdere optimalisatie van processen te realiseren.

Het bedrijf is eenvoudig te bereiken met de wagen of de fiets.

Omschrijving

Als Quality Controller ben je onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Inspecteren en testen van inkomende grondstoffen volgens vastgelegde specificaties.
  • Signaleren en opvolgen van afwijkingen in samenwerking met Productie en Aankoop.
  • Monitoren van kritische procesparameters tijdens het productieproces.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op de productielijn en in het labo, waaronder vochtmetingen, dimensionele controles en visuele inspecties.
  • Correct registreren en analyseren van meet- en testresultaten in het kwaliteitssysteem.
  • Uitvoeren van eindcontroles zodat afgewerkte producten beantwoorden aan klant- en certificatievereisten.
  • Onderzoeken van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en klachten en uitvoeren analyses.
  • Bepalen en opvolgen van corrigerende en preventieve acties (CAPA).
  • Beheren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie, testcertificaten en traceerbaarheidsgegevens.
  • Voorbereiden en controleren van representatieve productstalen voor klanten.
  • Ondersteunen en verbeteren van het Quality Management System, waaronder ISO 9001.
  • Meewerken aan de voorbereiding van interne en externe kwaliteitsaudits.
  • Kalibreren en onderhouden van relevante meet- en testapparatuur.
  • Toepassen van kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals SPC en relevante Europese productnormen.
  • Samenwerken met Productie, R&D en het lokale management om kwaliteitsbevindingen om te zetten in concrete verbeteracties.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en milieubewuste werkomgeving.
  • Heeft een bachelor in een technische, chemische of ingenieursgerichte opleiding, of beschikt over gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Heeft minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen Quality Control of Quality Assurance in een productieomgeving.
  • Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring binnen bouwmaterialen, chemie of een andere proces- of maakindustrie.
  • Beschikt over praktische kennis van ISO 9001 en kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen.
  • Heeft kennis van kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals Statistical Process Control (SPC); kennis van EN-normen vormt een plus.
  • Kan vlot werken met laboapparatuur en industriële meetinstrumenten.
  • Is sterk in het interpreteren van technische gegevens, meetresultaten en statistische informatie.
  • Heeft ervaring met ERP- en/of QMS-systemen en werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar voelt zich tegelijkertijd thuis in een hands-on productieomgeving.
  • Heeft sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
