Quality Control Specialist Veel zelfstandigheid & verantwoordelijkheid Zekerheid & goede voorwaarden Voor een groeiende Nederlandse organisatie die actief is binnen de medische markt , zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Quality Control Specialist . In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat producten en materialen voldoen aan de afgesproken kwaliteitsnormen, specificaties en eisen. Je hebt oog voor detail, signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze op een zorgvuldige manier worden opgevolgd. De organisatie ontwikkelt, koopt, verpakt en levert verschillende medische producten aan klanten in Europa. Kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid zijn hierbij van groot belang. Als Quality Control Specialist ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het kwaliteitsproces. Je controleert binnenkomende producten en materialen en zorgt ervoor dat afwijkingen tijdig worden gesignaleerd en opgevolgd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Uitvoeren van kwaliteits- en ingangscontroles; - Wegen, meten, tellen en visueel inspecteren van producten; - Controleren of producten voldoen aan specificaties en kwaliteitseisen; - Controleren van batchdocumentatie; - Registreren en beoordelen van controlebevindingen; - Signaleren, registreren en opvolgen van afwijkingen (NCR's); - Overleggen met collega's van Quality, Product Management, Logistiek en Inkoop; - Meewerken aan diverse werkzaamheden binnen Quality Management en Technisch Product Management. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en actief mee te denken over kwaliteit en verbetering. - MBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles en/of ingangscontroles; - Ervaring binnen een productie-, logistieke of gereguleerde omgeving is een pré; - Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen; - Kennis van ISO 13485 en/of MDR is een pré; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Goede kennis van MS Office, IT en ERP-systemen; - Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstand...
