Als Quality Control Specialist werk je aan betrouwbare testen voor vaccins en biologische producten. Je gebruikt verschillende laboratoriumtechnieken en draagt bij aan succesvolle testtransfers. Zo heeft jouw werk direct invloed op de kwaliteit en tijdige introductie van nieuwe producten. Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Control Specialist voer je voor onze opdrachtgever uiteenlopende biologische testen uit binnen een GMP-laboratorium. Je werkt onder andere met ELISA, PCR, microbiologische testen, celkweektitraties en immunofluorescentie. De resultaten controleer, beoordeel en rapporteer je volgens vaste procedures. Ook verwerk je testgegevens in elektronische QC-systemen en zorg je voor een correcte administratie. Afwijkingen signaleer je op tijd en onderzoek je volgens de geldende kwaliteitsrichtlijnen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is het transfereren van testmethoden vanuit R&D of andere internationale locaties. Je helpt om deze testen reproduceerbaar en binnen de afgesproken planning over te dragen. Daarbij deel je jouw QC-kennis met laboratoriummedewerkers op andere locaties. Je neemt actief deel aan overleggen, verbeterprojecten en probleemanalyses. Met Lean Six Sigma-tools, zoals Kaizen en 8-step problem solving, verbeter je de kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van laboratoriumprocessen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Uitvoeren, controleren en rapporteren van biologische QC-testen volgens GMP-richtlijnen; - Werken met technieken zoals ELISA, PCR, celkweektitraties, microbiologische testen en immunofluorescentie; - Beoordelen, controleren en vrijgeven van testresultaten; - Verwerken van testgegevens in SAP en elektronische QC-testsystemen; - Overdragen van testmethoden en vakkennis naar andere internationale locaties; - Signaleren, onderzoeken en rapporteren van afwijkingen volgens geldende procedures; - Actief deelnemen aan Tier-overleggen en voortgangsbesprekingen; - Werken volgens GMP-, GGO- en EHS-richtlijnen; - Uitvoeren van verbeterprojecten met L.
