Dit internationaal familiebedrijf in de oedingsindustrie telt ruim 6.000 medewerkers en is met meer dan 85 jaar ervaring actief in meer dan 40 landen. Kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid staan er centraal: het QC team speelt een cruciale rol in het analyseren, optimaliseren en vrijgeven van producten, met korte lijnen naar productie, NPD en technologie.

Voor de site in regio Oost-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Quality Control Team Lead die het QC-team aanstuurt en mee bouwt aan een mature kwaliteitscultuur.

Het betreft een vaste voltijdse functie in loondienst bij de klant, in dagregime met glijdende start.

Een freelanceprofiel met relevante ervaring is bespreekbaar.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen en coachen van het QC-team zodat staalnames, verificaties en controles correct en consistent worden uitgevoerd.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van de dagelijkse kwaliteitsparameters in nauwe samenwerking met productie, NPD en technologie.
  • Beslissen over vrijgave, blokkering, deblokkering en hercontroles van producten.
  • Opvolgen van producttransfers en zorgen voor een vlotte overgang naar nieuwe productielijnen.
  • Rapporteren van QC-resultaten en KPI's, inspecties uitvoeren en actiepunten nauwgezet opvolgen.

Wie we zoeken

  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen kwaliteit, kwaliteitscontrole of voedselveiligheid, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving.
  • Analytisch en nauwkeurig, met de reflex om beslissingen te nemen op basis van feiten en data.
  • Een coachende leiderschapsstijl waarmee je medewerkers meetrekt in de doelstellingen.
  • Sterke communicatie en vlotte samenwerking met diverse stakeholders
  • Kennis van kwaliteitssystemen en standaarden zoals IFS, BRC, ... is een plus.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en comfortabel in een dynamische productieomgeving
