Onze klant is de Belgische plant van een topbedrijf actief in de ontwikkeling, productie en commercialisering van hoogwaardige chemische producten. Teneinde de groei te continueren wenst men het R & D team te versterken met een QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN

Jobomschrijving

Deze boeiende vacature omvat volgende taken:

  • Kwaliteitsborging: Garanderen van de kwaliteit van geproduceerde goederen en grondstoffen.
  • Leveranciersevaluatie: Beoordelen van nieuwe grondstoffen of alternatieve leveranciers.
  • Laboratoriumbeheer: Onderhouden, kalibreren en verifiëren van laboratoriumapparatuur.
  • Foutdetectie: Afwijkingen van testapparatuur herkennen, corrigeren en rapporteren.
  • Klachtenafhandeling: Registreren en onderzoeken van eventuele klachten.
  • Productontwikkeling: Mede ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten op basis van klantbehoeften, specificaties en de bedrijfsstrategie.
  • Testuitvoering: Plannen, uitvoeren en evalueren van proeven en experimenten voor productontwikkeling en kwaliteitsbeoordeling.
  • Marktanalyse: Uitvoeren van vergelijkende studies naar producten van concurrenten.
  • Regelgeving: Opstellen en controleren van veiligheidsinformatiebladen (SDS) conform de REACH/CLP-vereisten met behulp van Lisam-software.
  • Ad-hoc taken: Voltooien van andere projecten en taken die worden toegewezen.
  • Opleiding: Professionele bachelor in de chemie
  • Talenkennis: Vloeiende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Energieke en empathische ingesteldheid — de ideale teamspeler die initiatief neemt
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Strikt volgen van procedures en nauwkeurig en ordelijk werken is echt uw ding.
  • Organisatie: Prioriteiten stellen zonder deadlines uit het oog te verliezen.
  • Analytisch vermogen: Sterke analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Interpersoonlijke vaardigheden: Uitzonderlijke sociale vaardigheden en het vermogen om succesvol samen te werken met alle niveaus binnen de organisatie.
  • Oplossingsgericht: Problemen kunnen identificeren en sturen op passende en effectieve oplossingen.
  • Mentaliteit: Hands-on aanpak en een sterke werkethiek.
  • Leergierig: Gedreven om te leren en op de hoogte te blijven van wetswijzigingen.
  • Kwaliteitsgericht: Streven naar uitmuntendheid met een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Zelfstandigheid: Zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig kunnen werken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Digitale vaardigheden: Basiscomputerknopjes, waaronder vlotte omgang met MS Office-applicaties en Lisam-software.
  • Technische kennis: Ervaring met een of meer analytische chemietechnieken (bijv. IR, gaschromatografie, viscositeit, dichtheid, etc.) is een pluspunt.
  • Regelgeving: Begrip van wettelijke en reglementaire vereisten.
