Als Quality Controller in Hasselt ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de kwaliteit van producten en processen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, signaleert afwijkingen tijdig en draagt bij aan een consistente en betrouwbare output. In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw analytische ingesteldheid verder te ontwikkelen in een professionele omgeving.

Je takenpakket omvat onder meer:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op producten, onderdelen of processen;
  • Registreren, opvolgen en rapporteren van vastgestelde afwijkingen;
  • Controleren of interne richtlijnen, specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen worden nageleefd;
  • Meedenken over verbeteracties en preventieve maatregelen;
  • Samenwerken met productie, magazijn of andere betrokken teams om kwaliteit te waarborgen;
  • Zorgvuldig documenteren van resultaten en bevindingen.

Je werkt gestructureerd, hebt oog voor detail en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een correcte en efficiënte opvolging van kwaliteitscontroles.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een kandidaat die recent is afgestudeerd en klaar is om zich te ontwikkelen binnen kwaliteitscontrole. Je hoeft nog geen uitgebreide ervaring te hebben, maar een leergierige en nauwkeurige werkhouding is essentieel.

We verwachten doorgaans:

  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs, bachelor of gelijkwaardige opleiding, bij voorkeur in een relevante richting;
  • Een sterke interesse in kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid en procesverbetering;
  • Goed analytisch inzicht en een gestructureerde manier van werken;
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands;
  • Basiskennis van computergebruik en administratieve opvolging;
  • Verantwoordelijkheidszin, zelfstandigheid en teamgerichtheid;
  • Bereidheid om procedures te volgen en kwaliteitsnormen consequent toe te passen.

Ervaring in een productie- of kwaliteitsomgeving is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste voor deze instapfunctie.
