Nauwkeurig, analytisch en geïnteresseerd in kwaliteit binnen productie? Als Quality Controller controleer je grondstoffen, producten en productieprocessen. Je registreert afwijkingen, onderzoekt waar het fout loopt en helpt mee om dezelfde problemen in de toekomst te vermijden.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt binnen de kwaliteitsafdeling van een technisch productiebedrijf in Veurne. Je combineert controles op de werkvloer met analyse, rapportering en verbeteracties.

• Je voert ingangscontroles uit op grondstoffen en verzamelt de nodige meetgegevens

• Je stelt afwijkingen bij geleverde producten vast en maakt afkeurrapporten op

• Je registreert interne afkeur per productieafdeling

• Je helpt actieplannen opstellen en uitvoeren

• Je coördineert herwerkingen op de werkvloer

• Je controleert afgewerkte producten en tussenproducten volgens vaste sjablonen

• Je voert audits uit op productieprocessen

• Je formuleert verbetervoorstellen wanneer je terugkerende problemen vaststelt

• Je werkt samen met de serviceafdeling rond externe afkeur

• Je controleert retourproducten en analyseert wat er fout is gegaan

• Je verwerkt je bevindingen in duidelijke rapporten

• Je ondersteunt Research & Development bij de vrijgave van nieuwe producten

• Je rapporteert aan de kwaliteitsmanager

Je bent dus niet alleen bezig met controleren en afkeuren. Je probeert vooral te begrijpen waarom iets afwijkt en wat er nodig is om het proces structureel beter te maken.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt interesse in kwaliteitscontrole binnen een productieomgeving

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en merkt afwijkingen snel op

• Je kunt gegevens analyseren en verbanden leggen

• Je denkt in oplossingen wanneer je een probleem vaststelt

• Je kunt vlot werken met MS Office

• Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar zoekt ook makkelijk afstemming met collega's

• Je communiceert duidelijk over afwijkingen, acties en resultaten

Een specifiek diploma of aantal jaren ervaring wordt niet als vereiste vermeld. Nauwkeurigheid, analytisch denken en interesse in productie en kwaliteit wegen hier dus duidelijk mee.
