Als Quality Control medewerker zorg jij ervoor dat onze teelt- en productieprocessen voldoen aan de juiste kwaliteitseisen.Bij Hollandse Hoogtes werken we met duizenden planten en moderne productietechnieken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat processen goed worden gevolgd, afwijkingen worden gesignaleerd en verbeteringen worden doorgevoerd. Je combineert werken op de vloer met administratieve werkzaamheden en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende afdelingen.Jouw taken:Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles binnen teelt en productie;Monitoren van processen en signaleren van afwijkingen;Analyseren van data en vertalen naar praktische verbeteringen;Uitvoeren van analyses op water, lucht en plantmateriaal;Meewerken aan het verbeteren en uitbreiden van kwaliteitsprocedures en documentatie;Beheren van de overheidssoftware Track & Trace;Samenwerken met collega’s van teelt, productie en andere afdelingen.Je werkt in een omgeving waarin kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurigheid belangrijk zijn. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze producten voldoen aan de hoge standaarden die we hanteren.

Diploma (K)MLO chemie of microbiologie;Ervaring in een kwaliteitsfunctie is een pre;Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in teelt of een vergelijkbare branche;Een nauwkeurige werkhouding en oog voor detail;Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en goed om te gaan met veranderingen;Een analytische blik en interesse in het werken met data;Een proactieve houding en sterke samenwerkingsvaardigheden;En het belangrijkste: je bent een collega die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, graag samenwerkt en samen met ons wil bouwen aan een sterke kwaliteitsafdeling.
