Ben je op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging waarin kwaliteit, techniek en labowerk samenkomen? Bekijk dan zeker verder!

Je werkt in een volcontinu ploegensysteem (5 ploegen) en bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van standaardtesten op grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten. Je kalibreert labo-apparatuur, voert extra testen uit bij afwijkingen en helpt mee aan verbeteringen. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat in nauw contact met collega’s van productie, techniek en R&D.

  • Testen uitvoeren: Je voert standaard fysische en chemische testen uit op grondstoffen en afgewerkte producten (bv vocht-, vet-, zetmeel-, olie, ...)
  • Apparatuur beheren: Je kalibreert, onderhoudt en gebruikt labotoestellen zoals weegschalen, titrators en spectroscopie-apparatuur
  • Resultaten rapporteren: Je documenteert testresultaten in Excel en volgens interne standaarden
  • Ondersteuning R&D: Bij speciale projecten of afwijkingen voer je niet-standaardtesten uit en help je bij het oplossen van kwaliteitsproblemen.
  • Kwaliteitsproblemen aanpakken: Meedenken bij afwijkingen en voorstellen doen voor oplossingen.
  • Analysetechnieken: Je kan geavanceerde analysetechnieken gebruiken, zoals vloeistof- en gaschromatografie, om chemische componenten invoedingsproducten te detecteren en analyseren
  • Een bacheloropleiding in chemie, biotechnologie, medische labotechnologie, voedingsmiddelentechnologie of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Minimaal enige werkervaring in een labo of kwaliteitsomgeving
  • Nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid en kwaliteitsbewustzijn zijn essentieel
  • Goede Excel-vaardigheden en vertrouwd met technische apparatuur
  • Taalvaardigheid: vlot Nederlands en basiskennis Frans en Engels.
  • Motivatie: young potentials met de juiste opleiding worden aangemoedigd om te solliciteren
