Als Quality Controller/Laborant bewaak jij niet alleen het proces, maar ook het eindproduct. Met jouw scherpe blik en analytische skills zorg je ervoor dat elk ingevroren product perfect voldoet aan de kwaliteitsnormen en correct wordt gecodeerd.

Wat houdt je job precies in?

  • Je voert nauwkeurige analyses uit op verpakte producten en rapporteert over veldstalen volgens klantenspecificaties
  • Je doet visuele controles bij het lossen van vrachtwagens en bepaalt de kwaliteitsklasse van het product
  • Je bepaalt de productieregeling en houdt het productieproces nauwlettend in de gaten met procescontroles
  • Je checkt de kwaliteit van het eindproduct en voert stockcontroles uit
  • Je stelt scanners in en houdt hun werking goed in de gaten
  • Bij kwaliteitsafwijkingen reageer je alert en grijp je tijdig in tijdens het proces
  • Je controleert verpakking en etikettering op correcte uitvoering volgens de wetgeving
  • Na reiniging voer je visuele controles uit om de netheid te garanderen
  • Je ondersteunt het traceerbaarheidssysteem zodat elk product perfect gevolgd kan worden

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma en werkt graag in een hecht team waar samenwerking centraal staat
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands goed en communiceert vlot binnen je ploeg
  • Je bent vertrouwd met gangbare software zoals Word en Excel en leert snel nieuwe tools aan
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent stressbestendig en alert
  • Je bent dynamisch ingesteld en zit liever niet de hele dag stil
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen, zelfstandig werken en meerdere taken tegelijk aan
  • Problemen pak jij aan met een sterk oplossingsgericht vermogen
  • Je bent bewust van milieu-, veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en rendementsaspecten
  • Flexibiliteit om af en toe overuren te maken is voor jou geen probleem Jouw uurrooster:
