The posting

Quality Controller voor een internationaal productiebedrijf in volle groei zijn we op zoek naar een nauwkeurige en betrokken Laborant. In deze rol draag je bij aan de kwaliteitsbewaking van zowel het productieproces als het eindproduct.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voert productanalyses uit (zowel verpakt als los) en rapporteert over de resultaten op basis van klantenspecificaties.
  • Verricht visuele controles bij het lossen van vrachtwagens, neemt monsters en registreert de analyseresultaten.
  • Classificeert producten op basis van kwaliteitskenmerken.
  • Bepaalt en communiceert de productiestructuur en volgorde.
  • Voert tijdens de productie procescontroles uit om de kwaliteit te waarborgen.
  • Controleert het eindproduct om de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen te garanderen.
  • Volgt de voorraden op en voert stockcontroles uit.
  • Stelt scanners correct in en controleert regelmatig hun werking.
  • Grijpt in bij plotse afwijkingen in productkwaliteit.
  • Controleert verpakking en etikettering volgens de wettelijke vereisten.
  • Draagt bij aan het garanderen van de traceerbaarheid van producten.
  • Werkt in de vaste nacht (21u30-5u30).

Om in aanmerking te komen kan je volgende zaken voorleggen:

  • Beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
  • Heeft kennis van courante softwarepakketten zoals Word en Excel.
  • Leert snel nieuwe digitale toepassingen aan.
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en blijft kalm onder druk.
  • Heeft een actieve werkhouding en houdt van afwisseling.
  • Stelt zelfstandig prioriteiten en weet meerdere taken tegelijk aan te pakken.
  • Denkt oplossingsgericht en heeft oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement.
  • Is milieubewust en flexibel in het maken van overuren indien nodig.
