Elke dag verlaten hoogwaardige voedingsproducten de productielijnen. Achter die kwaliteit schuilt een scherp oog voor detail, een doordachte opvolging van processen en mensen die niet tevreden zijn met "goed genoeg".

Als Quality Controller in de vaste nachtploeg ben jij één van de cruciale schakels die ervoor zorgt dat producten voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Je bent aanwezig op de werkvloer, volgt processen op, detecteert afwijkingen en neemt de juiste beslissingen wanneer kwaliteit in het gedrang komt.

Geen klassieke labojob dus, maar een veelzijdige kwaliteitsfunctie midden in een hypermoderne productieomgeving.

Tijdens jouw nachtshift ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitscontrole van grondstof tot afgewerkt product.

Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op grondstoffen en eindproducten
  • Inspecteren van verpakkingen, etiketten en productinformatie
  • Opvolgen van productieprocessen en registreren van kwaliteitsgegevens
  • Lokaliseren van afwijkingen en meedenken over oplossingen
  • Overleggen met operatoren en productieverantwoordelijken
  • Controleren van scanners en meetapparatuur
  • Bewaken van de traceerbaarheid van producten
  • Rapporteren van bevindingen en nemen van kwaliteitsbeslissingen
  • Uitvoeren van stock- en procescontroles op de werkvloer

Je combineert observatievermogen met gezond verstand en durft actie ondernemen wanneer nodig.

Voor deze functie zoeken we vooral iemand met maturiteit, verantwoordelijkheidszin en een sterk analytisch denkvermogen.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor diploma (studierichting is minder belangrijk)
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands
  • Een nauwkeurige en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Vlotte kennis van Word en Excel
  • Zelfstandigheid gecombineerd met een echte teamspirit
  • Interesse in productieprocessen en kwaliteitsbeheer

Ervaring binnen productie of kwaliteit is een troef, maar geen must. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met een bachelor kunnen in aanmerking komen.
