The posting

Voor een bedrijf regio Ardooie zijn we op zoek naar een Quality Controller.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je voert analyses uit op het (verpakte) product en rapporteert over de veldstalen volgens klantenspecificaties.
  • Je doet visuele controles bij het lossen van vrachtwagens, voert analyses uit, registreert resultaten en splitst het product op in verschillende kwaliteitsklassen.
  • Je bepaalt de productievolgorde en voert procescontroles uit tijdens de productie.
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op het eindproduct en volgt de productie op.
  • Je doet stockcontroles en stelt scanners in om de werking te controleren.
  • Je grijpt in bij plotse kwaliteitsveranderingen en zorgt ervoor dat het proces op de juiste manier verloopt.
  • Je voert visuele controles uit op de verpakking en etikettering volgens de wetgeving.
  • Je helpt het traceerbaarheidssysteem te garanderen en voert controles uit na de reiniging van de lijn.
  • Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een relevante richting.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal en kan vlot communiceren binnen je team.
  • Je hebt kennis van de gangbare softwarepakketten (Word, Excel) en leert snel nieuwe toepassingen aan.
  • Je bent milieubewust en hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en rendement.
  • Je bent flexibel om sporadisch overuren te doen indien nodig.
  • Je werkt in een tweeploegensysteem (5u30-13u30 en 13u30-21u30) of in de vaste nachtdienst (21u30-5u30).
