The posting

Om het kwaliteitsteam verder te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Quality controller.

Samen met de kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke sta je mee in voor de dagelijkse kwaliteits- en voedselveiligheidsopvolging binnen de productie- en verpakkingsafdeling.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin zowel controles op de werkvloer, labo-analyses als administratieve opvolging aan bod komen.

Je takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert de voedselveiligheid en productkwaliteit.
  • Je werkt mee aan de correcte toepassing en opvolging van kwaliteitssystemen zoals HACCP, IFS en BRC.
  • Je voert interne labo-analyses uit.
  • Je staat in voor eindcontroles van afgewerkte producten.
  • Je voert dagelijkse kwaliteitscontroles uit, waaronder de controle van CCP's en de opvolging van producten.
  • Je ondersteunt bij interne audits en de opvolging van verbeterpunten.
  • Je volgt de werking en correcte instellingen van optische sorteermachines op.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert documenten die betrekking hebben op voedselveiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je ondersteunt bij en neemt deel aan externe audits.
  • Je helpt mee bij het opleiden en sensibiliseren van medewerkers rond kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid.
  • Je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met een sterke interesse in kwaliteit en voeding, die graag dicht bij de productie staat.

  • Je beschikt minimaal over een bacheloropleiding in voeding, agro- en biotechnologie of een aanverwante richting.
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen kwaliteit, voeding of de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef.
  • Affiniteit met landbouw en de voedingssector is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent leergierig en stelt actief vragen om zaken goed te begrijpen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's uit kwaliteit en productie.
  • Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met de juiste ingesteldheid komen zeker in aanmerking.
