Jobomschrijving

Als Junior Quality & Improvement Coordinator te Ardooie bewaak en verbeter je het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat het kwaliteitssysteem optimaal functioneert en werkt actief mee aan verbeterprojecten, audits en procesoptimalisaties.

Jouw taken:

  • Beheren en verder ontwikkelen van het Quality Management Systeem
  • Implementeren en opvolgen van het kwaliteitsbeleid
  • Beheer van kwaliteitsdocumentatie
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van interne audits
  • Begeleiden van externe audits
  • Organiseren en leiden van kwaliteitsmeetings
  • Opvolgen van kwaliteitscontroles en productkwaliteit
  • Beoordelen van niet-conforme producten
  • Formuleren en opvolgen van corrigerende en preventieve acties
  • Analyseren en behandelen van kwaliteitsopmerkingen en klachten
  • Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties
  • Sensibiliseren, ondersteunen en coachen van collega's rond kwaliteitsbewustzijn

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van Junior Quality & Improvement Coordinator te Ardooie beschik je onderstaande:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Ervaring met ISO 9001 is een mooie troef
  • Je hebt een sterk kwaliteits- en verbeteringsgericht inzicht
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd
  • Je neemt initiatief en werkt graag zelfstandig
  • Je communiceert vlot met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders
  • Je behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke periodes
