Als Quality en Safety Medewerker speel je een sleutelrol in het verder uitbouwen en bewaken van onze kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieunormen.

Je werkt op een kleinere productievestiging in België, maar je maakt tegelijk deel uit van een internationale organisatie met hoge standaarden en veel expertise. In deze rol ben jij degene die processen scherp houdt, verbeterkansen signaleert en collega's overtuigt van het belang van veilige en kwaliteitsvolle werkwijzen. Je combineert een analytische blik met een heel concrete, hands-on aanpak.

Wat ga je doen? Uitvoeren en opvolgen van interne audits, checks, risicoanalyses en HACCP-taken Voorbereiden en begeleiden van IFS-audits en andere externe inspecties. Implementeren en verbeteren van QHSE-standaarden, procedures en werkinstructies.

Mensen meekrijgen: aanspreken, coachen, duidelijk communiceren en pijnpunten zichtbaar maken.

Administratie bijhouden in QHSE-systemen en meewerken aan projecten rond verbetering. Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsafwijkingen signaleren en – indien nodig – het proces pauzeren.

Optreden als ambassadeur van veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit in de gehele productieomgeving. Wie ben jij? Je hebt de drive om zaken te verbeteren én het lef om die verbeteringen af te dwingen.

Je durft door te vragen, confronteren en overtuigen.

Tegelijk ben je een vlotte communicator die teams weet mee te nemen in positieve verandering. Jouw achtergrond

Bachelor in Voedingswetenschappen, Voedselveiligheid, Milieu, Preventie of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Sterke schoolverlaters met de juiste bacheloropleiding zijn zeker welkom!

Kennis van Engels is belangrijk om et communiceren met de verschillende vestigingen.

Kennis van HACCP en ervaring met IFS-audits is een groot voordeel.

Je communiceert helder en overtuigend, zowel op de vloer als in rapportages.

Proactief, analytisch, nauwkeurig en niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
