Als Quality Engineer | Junior/ Medior bewaak je samen met collega's de kwaliteit in een moderne productieomgeving binnen de metaalsector. Je analyseert afwijkingen, beoordeelt technische gegevens en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete acties. Dankzij jouw inzet lopen productie, engineering en assemblage soepeler samen. - Beoordelen van afkeur en meedenken over technische oplossingen. - Opstellen en uitwerken van herstelorders op basis van bevindingen. - Aanspreekpunt zijn voor assemblage bij ontbrekende of foutieve onderdelen. - Controleren, bewaken en verbeteren van producten, processen en procedures. - Ondersteunen van het kwaliteitssysteem en signaleren van verbeterkansen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende teams, schakelt helder en neemt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer kwaliteit om een duidelijke keuze vraagt. Assertiviteit helpt je daarbij om observaties bespreekbaar te maken en acties zorgvuldig te laten landen. Functie-eisen Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en voelt je prettig in een omgeving waar precisie telt. Je pakt informatie snel op, stelt de juiste vragen en weet technische details te vertalen naar praktische verbeteringen. Ook onder tijdsdruk houd je overzicht en blijf je gericht op kwaliteit.
