Functieomschrijving Als Quality Engineer vorm je samen met een collega het kwaliteitsteam van Efté Coating in Eindhoven. Je verzamelt en analyseert kwaliteitsgegevens en maakt inzichtelijk waar afwijkingen en verbeterkansen ontstaan. De volgende stap is minstens zo belangrijk: wat vertellen de cijfers en wat gaan we ermee doen? Je zoekt collega's op de werkvloer op, onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen en vertaalt je bevindingen naar concrete verbeteracties. Daarbij durf je mensen aan te spreken op afspraken en bewaak je dat acties daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd. Je werkt nauw samen met Werkvoorbereiding en Productiemanagement en draagt vanuit jouw expertise bij aan het goed introduceren van nieuwe producten en processen. Hiernaast bestaan je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden uit: - Je registreert en analyseert kwaliteitsgegevens, herkent trends en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties; - Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsproblemen en initieert en bewaakt verbetermaatregelen; - Je werkt nauw samen met Werkvoorbereiding en Projectmanagement en begeleidt vanuit Quality verschillende NPI-trajecten; - Je denkt mee over nieuwe ontwikkelingen, onderhoudt contact met leveranciers en volgt veranderingen in wet- en regelgeving.
