Het is een keuze die je elke dag opnieuw maakt Er zijn genoeg mensen die kwaliteit zien als iets wat je achteraf controleert: een testje hier, een sign-off daar. Jij niet. Jij weet dat goede kwaliteit ontstaat tijdens het proces, niet erna. Bij Praegus krijg je de ruimte om dat te laten zien bij organisaties die nog zoeken naar hoe ze testen, automatiseren en kwaliteit slim moeten inzetten. Wat ga je doen? - Meedenken vanaf dag één: je schuift niet pas aan tafel als de code al klaar is, maar al bij de eerste requirement, de eerste user story, het eerste ontwerp. - Automatiseren waar het slim is: je bouwt en onderhoudt testautomatisering (denk aan Playwright, RobotFramework of welke andere tool dan ook) omdat het sneller en betrouwbaarder is, niet omdat het moet. - Je gebruikt AI: daar waar het waarde toevoegt om bijvoorbeeld te versnellen, data te genereren of ter vervanging van die repeterende klussen. - Risico's vertalen naar acties: je signaleert waar het misgaat voordat het misgaat, en legt dat helder uit aan mensen die geen tester zijn. - Schakelen tussen klanten: als consultant sta je bij verschillende opdrachtgevers, in verschillende teams, met verschillende vraagstukken. Saai wordt het niet. - Groeien in je vakgebied: via de Praegus Academy, certificeringen en de kennis van alle collega-Praegustatoren om je heen. Je staat er nooit alleen voor. Bij wie kom je terecht? Als Quality Engineer ben je een echte Raadgever: je denkt niet alleen in testcases, maar in risico's en keuzes en je legt dat helder uit aan mensen die jou nodig hebben om het te begrijpen.
