Voor een innovatieve organisatie binnen de elektromotorentechniek zoek ik een Quality Engineer die niet alleen structuur brengt in kwaliteitsprocessen, maar ook collega’s en klanten op de juiste manier weet mee te nemen. In deze functie draait het namelijk niet alleen om technische kennis of een HBO-achtergrond, sterke mondelinge communicatievaardigheden zijn minstens zo belangrijk. Jij bent namelijk de verbindende schakel tussen engineering, productie én klanten. Je begeleidt collega’s intern, schakelt met klanten over kwaliteit en weet complexe zaken duidelijk en praktisch uit te leggen. Interesse? Lees snel verder! Functie Wat ga je doen als Quality Engineer? Als Quality Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken, verbeteren en structureren van kwaliteitsprocessen binnen de organisatie. Je werkt aan innovatieve elektromotoren en klant specifieke producten binnen een technisch specialistische omgeving. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen, beheren en verbeteren van kwaliteitsdocumentatie en procedures; - Begeleiden van collega’s bij het toepassen van kwaliteitsrichtlijnen en werkinstructies; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij klachten, afwijkingen en kwaliteitsvraagstukken; - Signaleren, analyseren en opvolgen van kwaliteitsafwijkingen en verbeterpunten; - Structureren en optimaliseren van interne kwaliteitsprocessen; - Betrokken zijn bij engineeringprojecten en introducties van nieuwe producten en processen; - Actief meedenken over continue verbetering van kwaliteit, productie en organisatie.

Functie-eisen Wat neem je mee als Quality Engineer? - MBO/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; - Affiniteit met kwaliteitsprocessen binnen een technische productieomgeving; - Technisch inzicht en een gestructureerde werk
