Voor onze organisatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Engineer die scherp is op details, verbeterkansen ziet en energie krijgt van het optimaliseren van processen. Iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en ervoor zorgt dat onze producten en processen voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, bewaken en verbeteren van onze kwaliteitsprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en leveranciers om de kwaliteit continu te verbeteren en te borgen. Je beheert en ontwikkelt het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en ziet erop toe dat processen voldoen aan geldende normen en klantverwachtingen. Bij kwaliteitsafwijkingen analyseer je de oorzaak en initieer je passende verbeteracties. Je ondersteunt bij root cause analyses, zoals 8D en FMEA, en draagt actief bij aan structurele procesverbeteringen. Daarnaast voer je interne audits uit en begeleid je externe audits. Je bewaakt kwaliteitsnormen, specificaties en documentatie en zorgt ervoor dat deze correct worden nageleefd. Door jouw inzet draag je bij aan een stabiel, betrouwbaar en toekomstgericht kwaliteitsproces binnen Van Vuuren. Wie ben jij? - Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting; - Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie als Quality Engineer; - Je hebt kennis van kwaliteitsmethodieken zoals ISO, FMEA en Lean; - Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en werkt gestructureerd; - Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen; - Je hebt oog voor detail en bent gericht op continue verbetering. - Een passend salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring, met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - De functie betreft een fulltime dienstverband van 40 ...
