Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Engineer Customer Quality ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klant en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsproblemen niet alleen worden opgelost, maar ook structureel worden voorkomen. Binnen de hightech industrie werk je aan complexe producten en processen waarbij nauwkeurigheid en betrouwbaarheid centraal staan. Een groot deel van je werk draait om het behandelen van klantvragen, klachten en kwaliteitsissues. Je onderzoekt wat er precies is misgegaan en brengt de oorzaak van een probleem stap voor stap in kaart. Daarbij gebruik je verschillende quality methodes, zoals 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa en FMEA. Je vertaalt technische informatie naar duidelijke acties en zorgt dat betrokken collega's weten wat er moet gebeuren. De Quality Engineer werkt nauw samen met afdelingen zoals productie, engineering, supply chain en leveranciers. Samen analyseer je afwijkingen en bepaal je welke verbeteringen nodig zijn. Je bewaakt de voortgang van deze acties en houdt de klant op de hoogte van de status. Daarbij verlies je het uiteindelijke doel niet uit het oog: een betrouwbare oplossing en een tevreden klant. Ook kijk je verder dan het probleem van vandaag. Door trends in kwaliteitsdata te analyseren, herken je terugkerende problemen en mogelijke risico's.
