Keywords - Quality Engineer - Levensmiddelentechnologie - HACCP - Food Safety - Continuous Improvement Profiel Als Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mede implementeren en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsbeleid, de corporate policy en klanteisen. Productkwaliteit en voedselveiligheid staan daarbij hoog in het vaandel. Je draagt dit uit met overtuiging en daadkracht, weet structuur aan te brengen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Vanuit jouw vakkennis signaleer je verbetermogelijkheden en je krijgt de organisatie door jouw communicatiestijl mee in die beweging. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het lokale QA-team (Quality Management) en rapporteert aan de Teamleader Quality Management. Je bent vanuit Quality het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Customer Service en leidt onderzoeken naar de root cause van meldingen van klanten en zusterbedrijven. Op basis daarvan stel je CAPA's op en bewaakt je de effectiviteit totdat deze is aangetoond. Daarnaast vervul je diverse proces- en systeemeigenaarrollen: - Projecteigenaar van het N-Raft proces, met als doel snellere en complete afhandeling en realisatie van verbeteringen; - Systeemeigenaar HACCP: leider en expert op dit gebied, inclusief actualisatie van OPRP- en CCP-plannen; - Proceseigenaar Food Safety & Quality Culture en Management of Change (MOC). Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van het afhandelingsproces van leveranciersmeldingen en het sturen op verbetering van de overall supplier performance (KPI's). Je ondersteunt de implementatie en het behoud van kwaliteitsstandaarden zoals FSSC 22000, ISO 9001 en certificeringen als Skal, Halal en Kosher. Je stelt kwaliteitsrapportages, klachtenanalyses en trendanalyses op en werkt met systemen als SAP, SAP Fiori, Celonis, E...
