In deze rol als Quality Engineer Automatisering verbeter je processen, bewaak je kwaliteitsnormen en zorg je dat machines voldoen aan de hoogste eisen. Je werkt aan CAPA-trajecten, klantklachten en FAT-testen, terwijl je samen met internationale teams de kwaliteitsstrategie versterkt. Een dynamische functie waarin techniek, procesverbetering en kwaliteitsmanagement samenkomen. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever, een internationale machinebouwer in Kerkrade, zorg je dat kwaliteit en procesbeheersing binnen de automatiseringsafdeling continu verbeteren. Je bewaakt kwaliteitsprocedures, werkinstructies en kwaliteitsnormen binnen de productie en engineering van automatiseringsmachines. Ook houd je het Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) systeem up-to-date en zorg je dat verbetermaatregelen goed worden opgevolgd. Bij afwijkingen analyseer je de oorzaak en coördineer je het non-conforming parts proces om herhaling te voorkomen. Daarnaast behandel je klantklachten en vertaal je feedback naar concrete verbeteracties binnen het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem. Verder ondersteun je bij New Product Introduction (NPI) projecten, waarbij nieuwe automatiseringsoplossingen gecontroleerd en vrijgegeven worden voor productie. Je begeleidt FAT-testen (Factory Acceptance Tests) met klanten en controleert of machines voldoen aan technische specificaties en kwaliteitsnormen. Regelmatig stem je kwaliteitsverbeteringen af met internationale vestigingen en andere technische disciplines.
