Voor een technische speler binnen de bouwsector ben ik in de regio Gent op zoek naar een Quality Engineer Bouw. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, technische expertise en innovatie samenkomen en krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van producten en processen. In deze functie combineer je kwaliteitsopvolging met technische analyse en productoptimalisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, labo, engineering en verschillende interne stakeholders en bent betrokken bij meerdere productiesites.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Je bewaakt en verbetert de kwaliteit van bouwmaterialen en productieprocessen.
  • Je volgt product- en procescertificaties op en ondersteunt bij audits en externe controles.
  • Je analyseert grondstoffen, productieparameters en resultaten uit labo- en praktijkproeven.
  • Je werkt mee aan het ontwerpen en optimaliseren van producten en samenstellingen met aandacht voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je onderzoekt kwaliteitsafwijkingen en ondersteunt productiesites bij technische vraagstukken.
  • Je werkt mee aan innovatie- en R&D-projecten rond nieuwe materialen en duurzame oplossingen.
  • Je vertaalt technische analyses en onderzoeksresultaten naar concrete toepassingen binnen productie.
  • Je ondersteunt kwaliteitsmedewerkers en labo's bij technische en inhoudelijke vraagstukken.
  • Je werkt samen met productie, engineering en andere afdelingen aan continuous improvement.
  • Je deelt technische kennis en zorgt ervoor dat best practices binnen de organisatie worden verspreid.
  • Je bent bereid om verschillende productiesites te bezoeken.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een master of professionele bachelor in bouwkunde, materiaalkunde, chemie of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Je hebt kennis van of een sterke interesse in bouwmaterialen en cementgebonden producten.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitsbeheer, productcertificatie, labo-analyses of productontwikkeling is een sterke troef.
