Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten op het gebied van kwaliteit, begeleidt audits en zet verbeteringen in gang die onze organisatie elke dag een stukje beter maken. Werk je graag samen met verschillende afdelingen, heb je een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en voel je je thuis in een technische productieomgeving? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Wie zoeken we? Wij zoeken een kwaliteitsprofessional die zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag samenwerkt met collega's en klanten. Daarnaast beschik je over: Een afgeronde technische opleiding. Ervaring met kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen binnen een productie- of serviceomgeving. Kennis van en ervaring met ISO 9001 en IATF 16949. Ervaring met het implementeren en verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte instelling. Affiniteit met techniek, productieprocessen en materialen. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Duitse taal. Ervaring met methodieken is een pre: APQP PPAP MSA SPC 8D FMEA Wat bieden wij je? Een salaris tussen € 3.990 en € 5.290 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring. 25 vakantiedagen plus 13 ADV-dagen. Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,25 per kilometer. Jaarlijkse winstbonus. Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Functieomschrijving Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Engineer speel je een belangrijke rol in het bewaken en verbeteren van

onze kwaliteitssystemen. Je vertaalt klantwensen naar praktische processen en zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteitsnormen correct worden toegepast binnen de organisatie. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Afstemmen en borgen van kwaliteitseisen van klanten. Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij kwaliteitsvraagstukken. Ondersteunen en controleren van het gebruik van kwaliteitstools binnen de organisatie. Bewaken en afhandelen van klachten en het uitvoeren van root cause analyses. Initiëren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten. Voorbereiden, begeleiden en opvolgen van interne, externe en klantaudits. Onderhouden en verbeteren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem (QMS). Bijdragen aan het behoud van certificeringen zoals ISO 9001 en IATF 16949. Samenwerken met collega's van Sales, Engineering, Productie, Planning en Logistiek.
