Quality Engineer | Doorgroei Naar Quality Manager | Tot €65.000

Wil jij jouw expertise binnen Quality verder uitbouwen en tegelijk de kans krijgen om op termijn door te groeien naar een bredere kwaliteitsverantwoordelijkheid?

Voor een internationaal actieve organisatie binnen een technische productieomgeving zoeken we een Quality Engineer. Je krijgt een brede rol waarin je kwaliteit bewaakt, problemen analyseert en verbeteringen daadwerkelijk implementeert.

Je werkt nauw samen met productie, engineering, leveranciers en management en krijgt steeds meer ownership over het kwaliteitsbeleid. Op termijn krijg je de mogelijkheid om door te groeien richting Quality Manager.

Wat Ga Je Doen?

  • Je bewaakt en optimaliseert het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem en zorgt ervoor dat procedures en kwaliteitsstandaarden correct worden toegepast.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw en opvolging van ISO-certificeringen en bereidt interne en externe audits voor.
  • Je analyseert klachten, afwijkingen en non-conformiteiten en voert root cause analyses uit om structurele oplossingen te realiseren.
  • Je volgt kwaliteits-KPI's en trends op en vertaalt deze naar concrete correctieve, preventieve en verbeteracties.
  • Je ondersteunt productie en engineering bij technische kwaliteitsvraagstukken en bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer.
  • Je werkt samen met leveranciers rond materiaal- en componentkwaliteit en draagt actief bij aan Continuous Improvement binnen de organisatie.

Wie Ben Je?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of kwaliteitsgerichte richting, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen Quality, QA of kwaliteitsengineering in een technische, industriële of productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt kennis van ISO-normen, kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en audits en bent vertrouwd met root cause analysis en corrective actions.
  • Je bent analytisch en gestructureerd, maar tegelijk voldoende hands-on om kwaliteitsproblemen samen met de werkvloer aan te pakken.
  • Je neemt initiatief, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en hebt de ambitie om op termijn door te groeien naar Quality Manager.
