Who are we? As a team leader warehouse you are responsible for the logistic processes in the outgoing products warehouse. You will lead a team of about 5 employees. You are in the middle of the daily execution of the logistic processes and are happy to roll up your sleeves as well. You manage, coach, motivate and supervise your employees and ensure a good atmosphere in the team, optimum employability and involvement. You also know how to call people to account for their behaviour. Bottlenecks in the processes, deliveries and progress are solved proactively and you optimise the deployment of people and resources. You report to the Production Manager and work closely with the Supply chain and Customer Service departments. In addition to working in and managing the logistics processes, this position offers you the opportunity to use your experience in the implementation of a new ERP system. What will be offer?
