Als Quality Engineer Electromechanics ben je intern hét aanspreekpunt voor alles wat te maken heeft met kwaliteit.

Samen met de andere stakeholders ga je aan de slag om de verwerking van onze onderdelen continu te verbeteren.

Je neemt dan ook een actieve rol op in verbeterprojecten die de kwaliteit van de hele afdeling naar een hoger niveau tillen.

  • Je analyseert (terugkerende) garantiegevallen en gaat op zoek naar verbeteringen in het proces, product of in onze testprotocollen in samenwerking met het R&D team, business development en de operationele teams.
  • Je bent de schakel tussen electromechanics, de kwaliteitsafdeling van TVH en de aankoopteams waar je met de juiste data en analyses stakeholders samenbrengt om problemen met wisselstukken op te lossen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsproblemen met onderdelen bij klanten en zoekt mee om hen een oplossing te bieden. Daarvoor ga je ook sporadisch ter plaatse bij lokale klanten.
  • Je detecteert opleidingsnoden van onze techniekers en bespreekt die met de stakeholders
  • Je rapporteert aan de R&D en Quality manager en werkt nauw samen met de operationele teams en de R&D engineer om onze kwaliteit verder te verbeteren.
  • Je hebt een technische bachelor of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring met kwaliteitsprocessen, bij voorkeur in een manufacturing omgeving
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels
  • Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit en overtuigt stakeholders om samen processen te verbeteren
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel
