Als Quality Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat producten en productieprocessen aan de juiste kwaliteitseisen voldoen. Je onderzoekt problemen, zoekt naar de oorzaak en denkt mee over slimme oplossingen. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het werk steeds beter en efficiënter wordt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het onderzoeken en oplossen van problemen met producten en productieprocessen. - Het controleren van producten tijdens verschillende stappen van het productieproces. - Het verbeteren van processen om fouten in de toekomst te voorkomen. - Het uitvoeren en ondersteunen van metingen en kwaliteitscontroles. - Het controleren en bijhouden van kwaliteitsgegevens. - Het beheren en controleren van meetmiddelen. - Het bewaken van de kwaliteitseisen en afspraken met klanten. Functie-eisen Wat breng je mee? Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt in oplossingen en vindt het leuk om samen met collega's de kwaliteit naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Je durft vragen te stellen en geeft aan wanneer iets beter kan. Daarnaast heb je: - Een technische opleiding of vergelijkbare kennis en ervaring. - Kennis van kwaliteitscontroles en productieprocessen. - Kennis van statistische technieken of de motivatie om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen. - Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal. - Een proactieve houding en een scherp oog voor detail.
