🛠️ Jouw dag als Quality Manager

Als Quality Manager ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het kwaliteitsbeleid binnen jouw district.

  • Je start de dag met de opvolging en verdere ontwikkeling van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem.
  • Je duikt in de data: je analyseert kwaliteitsindicatoren, stelt verbeteracties voor en volgt interne/externe audits en BENOR-certificeringen op.
  • Je zet je tanden in het optimaliseren van betonrecepturen, waarbij je de perfecte balans zoekt tussen topkwaliteit en kostenefficiëntie.
  • Je bent de rots in de branding voor jouw team: je coacht, stourt aan en ontwikkelt de Quality Engineers en laboranten.
  • Tussendoor sta je in nauw contact met productie, sales, R&D en klanten om technisch advies te verlenen en vragen of klachten pragmatisch op te lossen.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan innovatieve en duurzame projecten zoals CO₂-reductie en circulaire grondstoffen.
  • Kortom: je waakt continu over een ijzersterke veiligheids- en kwaliteitscultuur op alle sites!

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een Master/diploma Industrieel of Burgerlijk Ingenieur (Bouwkunde, Materialen of gelijkwaardig).
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen kwaliteitsmanagement, betontechnologie of de bouwmaterialensector.
  • Je bent een geboren leider met een coachende en motiverende managementstijl.
  • Je hebt een passie voor kwaliteit, procesverbetering en innovatie.
  • Je werkt analytisch, pragmatisch, klantgericht en kostenbewust.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en de nodige overtuigingskracht.
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Frans, en hebt een goede basiskennis van het Engels.
  • Een attest of opleiding Gevorderde Betontechnologie (BBG) is een hele grote troef!
