Quality Engineer - Döhler Holland B.V. Fulltime Als Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het mede implementeren en verder ontwikkelen van het kwaliteitsbeleid, de corporate policy en klanteisen. Hierbij staan productkwaliteit en voedselveiligheid hoog in het vaandel. Dit draag je uit met overtuiging en daadkracht. Je vindt het leuk om in teamverband te werken, je houdt van structuur en neemt verantwoordelijkheid. Vanuit jouw vakkennis en ervaring zie je waar zaken verbeterd kunnen worden en door jouw stijl van communiceren krijg je de ander hierin mee. Eventuele tekortkomingen/acties worden in gezamenlijk overleg verdeeld binnen het team en zo wordt ervoor gezorgd dat met de diverse (productie)afdelingen het kwaliteitssysteem continu verbeterd wordt. En natuurlijk dat de kwaliteit van onze producten en de klanttevredenheid blijvend hoog is. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het lokale QA-team (Quality Management) en rapporteert aan de Teamleader Quality Management. Je rol - Vanuit Quality ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor Customer Service - Leiden van onderzoeken naar de root cause van meldingen van klanten en zusterbedrijven, in samenwerking met de relevante afdelingen, en zorgen voor een juiste afhandeling - Opstellen en opvolgen van corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen (CAPA) op basis van deze onderzoeken, totdat de effectiviteit is aangetoond - Leiden en begeleiden van het Not-Raft proces als projecteigenaar - Leiden van het afhandelingsproces van leveranciersmeldingen en sturen op verbetering van de overall suppl...
