Dan is deze vacature Quality Engineer High Tech Veldhoven precies wat je zoekt. Wat ga je doen? Als Quality Engineer High Tech ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, beoordelen, implementeren en borgen van kwaliteitsaspecten voor een toegewezen productportfolio gedurende de gehele levenscyclus. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van onze producten en processen, en draagt bij aan continue verbetering en klanttevredenheid. Je komt te werken in een team van 5 Quality Engineers en hebt nauwe samenwerking met het QLTC-team. In deze rol rapporteer je aan John Elen Quality Manager. Concreet zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Vertalen van processpecificaties en kwaliteitseisen naar concrete input voor projectplannen, besluitvorming en fase-gate readiness binnen NPI-projecten. - Coördineren en uitvoeren van Root Cause Analyses (RCA) en 8D-trajecten bij structurele productieproblemen en klantklachten, in samenwerking met interne stakeholders, klanten en leveranciers. - Opstellen, implementeren en borgen van Quality Assurance-plannen en kwaliteitswijzigingen gedurende de volledige productlevenscyclus, van NPI tot seriematige productie, zowel intern als bij leveranciers. - Organiseren en begeleiden van interne, externe en klantaudits en fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor programmamanagement op het gebied van kwaliteit. - Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van kwaliteitsresultaten, productprestaties en verbeteracties richting programmamanagement en externe stakeholders. - Signaleren en initiëren van structurele kwaliteits- en procesverbeteringen en ontwikkelen en...
