The posting

Vanwege hun sterke groei zijn wij op zoek naar een Quality Engineer die verantwoordelijk zal zijn voor het opzetten, opvolgen en optimaliseren van hun intern kwaliteitsbeleid binnen de productie- en montageafdeling. Als Quality Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het implementeren en continu verbeteren van kwaliteitsprocessen binnen de organisatie. Je voert interne kwaliteitsaudits uit, ondersteunt de productieafdelingen bij het verhogen van de productkwaliteit en volgt kwaliteitsrapportages en KPI’s op. Je analyseert klachten van klanten, voert root cause analyses uit en initieert corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met leveranciers om de inkomende kwaliteit te borgen en ondersteun je de ontwikkelingsafdeling bij de introductie van nieuwe producten. Verder neem je deel aan procesvalidaties en draag je bij aan het kwaliteitsbewustzijn binnen de organisatie door medewerkers te begeleiden en te sensibiliseren. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, ontwikkeling en leveranciers om een hoge en consistente kwaliteitsstandaard te waarborgen.

  • Je bent minstens in het bezit van een Master Elektromechanica of Industrieel Ingenieur.
  • Je kan minimum een eerste werkervaring binnen een kwaliteitsfunctie in de maakindustrie voorleggen.
  • Je hebt een degelijke kennis van kwaliteitsprocedures en weet deze ook toe te passen in de praktijk.
  • Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden, bent hands-on en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis Frans en Engels.
