With a full-service approach-from design and procurement to construction, safety, and project management-it supports projects in sectors including pharmaceutical and biotechnology environments, medical technology, high-tech, food & beverage, and energy. Wat ga je doen? As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for managing quality-related investigations and improvement processes within a regulated operational environment. You act as a key link between Operations, Engineering, MSAT and Quality Assurance, ensuring that deviations are thoroughly investigated, documented and resolved in accordance with applicable quality standards and procedures. - Managing and investigating non-conformances, deviations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and Change Controls. - Coordinating root cause analyses in collaboration with Operations and other relevant departments, including conducting operator interviews. - Supporting troubleshooting activities, process changes and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensuring that investigations, quality records and supporting documentation are accurate, complete and compliant within the Quality Management System (QMS). - Acting as a central point of contact between stakeholders throughout investigations and change management processes. - Monitoring follow-up actions and supporting the timely and effective closure of quality-related issues.
