Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine_n: 1 Quality Engineer / Kundenbetreuer (m/w/d) IHRE AUFGABEN

* Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung unserer Kunden von der Musterlegung über die Serienfreigabe bis hin zur Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Ansprechpartner für qualitätsrelevante Kundenanfragen und -themen

* Durchführung von Produktaudits sowie Dokumentation, Bewertung und Nachverfolgung der Ergebnisse

* Analyse von Qualitätsabweichungen sowie Einleitung und Verfolgung von Korrektur- und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

* Aktive Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Verbesserung von Prozessen, Produkten und Abläufen

* Durchführung von Sammelausschüssen direkt beim Kunden

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Vertrieb, Entwicklung und weiteren Fachbereichen

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, technische Lehre oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens

* Kenntnisse gängiger Qualitätsmethoden und Qualitätswerkzeuge (z. B. FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC)

* Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, im Reklamationsmanagement sowie in der Durchführung von Audits

* Kenntnisse der Qualitätsmanagementnormen ISO 9001 und idealerweise IATF 16949

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke

* Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

* Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
