Am Produktionsstandort Schrems erweitern wir aktuell unsere Kapazitäten im Bereich der hochautomatisierten Produktion sowie Niederspannungsanlagen, welche in einer neuen modernen Fertigungshalle umgesetzt werden.

Für unser Werk in Schrems suchen wir eine(n) 1 Quality Engineer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sicherstellung der Produkt- und Prozessqualität durch Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung interner Qualitätsprozesse, Dokumentationen und Managementsysteme

* Vertretung der Kundeninteressen innerhalb der Organisation sowie Steuerung des externen Reklamationsmanagements inklusive Ursachenanalyse und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen (z. B. 8D, A3)

* Autorisierte Intervention in allen Produktionsbereichen bei Qualitätsabweichungen, inklusive Entscheidungsbefugnis zur Produktionsunterbrechung und Bewertung der Verwendbarkeit von Teilen

* Qualitätsseitige Begleitung von Neuprodukteinführungen und Änderungen unter Anwendung von Change-Management-, APQP-, Pro-Launch- und EQMS-Vorgaben

* Durchführung von Wareneingangsprüfungen, Prozess- und Produktaudits und prozessbezogenen Tests

* Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualitätsleistung durch Einsatz von Methoden wie FMEA, MSA, SPC, Six Sigma und DoE sowie Weiterentwicklung und Überwachung der ISO-Managementsysteme (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 22301)

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL/Fachschule) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise in einem industriellen oder produzierenden Umfeld

* Gutes Verständnis von Fertigungstechnologien, Produktionsprozessen sowie Kunden- und Marktanforderungen

* Grundkenntnisse weiterer Managementsysteme (z. B. ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) sowie Kenntnisse in Six Sigma von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Strukturierte, prozessorientierte und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative

Wir bieten eine leistungsorientierte und attraktive Vergütung nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Elektro- und Elektronikindustrie. Bei Erfüllung aller Anforderungen ist für diese Position ein Bruttojahresgehalt in Höhe von 65.000 € angedacht.

Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung vorgesehen. Automatische Vorrückungen und eine damit einhergehende Erhöhung des Lohnes nach 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 Jahren sind im Kollektivvertrag geregelt.
