Als Manufacturing Engineer - Quality Engineering vorm jij de brug tussen Manufacturing Engineering, Productie en Kwaliteit. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en borgen van effectieve werkmethoden, kwaliteitsstandaarden en beheersmaatregelen die bijdragen aan een stabiele en efficiënte productieomgeving. Wanneer er sprake is van product- of proceswijzigingen, zorg jij voor de juiste kwaliteitsmaatregelen. Bij afwijkingen of Non-Conformances duik je diep in de data: met behulp van gestructureerde Root Cause Analyses en statistische instrumenten zoals Minitab leg je de kern van het probleem bloot en realiseer je duurzame oplossingen. In deze rol richt je je op een breed scala aan taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Procesbeheersing & Kwaliteitsborging: Ontwikkelen en implementeren van werkmethoden, kwaliteitsstandaarden en Quality Control Plans. Je borgt dat klant-, wettelijke en interne kwaliteitseisen (waaronder FAI) correct zijn vertaald naar inspectie- en productiedocumentatie. - Continuous Improvement & ZDM: Faciliteren en ondersteunen van Zero Defect Manufacturing (ZDM) initiatieven en het borgen van bijbehorende verbeterpro...
