In jouw rol als Quality Engineer neem jij het voortouw om de kwaliteit van onze complexe componenten continu te bewaken en naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen.

  • Je analyseert de klantspecificaties en technische tekeningen om waterdichte kwaliteitsplannen op te stellen.
  • Samen met de operatoren op de werkvloer optimaliseer je de meetmethodes en werkinstructies om afwijkingen proactief te voorkomen.
  • Het programmeren en bedienen van de geavanceerde 3D-meetmachine behoort tot jouw vaste taken om uiterst nauwkeurige controles te garanderen.
  • Bij kwaliteitsissues voer je diepgaande root-cause analyses uit en definieer je effectieve actieplannen om herhaling te vermijden.
  • De opvolging en instandhouding van het ISO 9001 managementsysteem stuur je vlot mee aan, zodat audits vlekkeloos verlopen.

Profiel:

Een gedreven Quality Engineer combineert een scherp oog voor detail met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om de brug te slaan tussen productie en de klant.

  • Je beschikt over een sterk technisch inzicht, bij voorkeur ondersteund door een relevante bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring in de metaal- of maakindustrie.
  • Ervaring met meettechnieken en kwaliteitscontrole is een absolute plus, maar een gezonde dosis leergierigheid weegt minstens zo zwaar.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een analytische teamplayer die gestructureerd te werk gaat en niet snel de rust verliest bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Het spreken van vlot Nederlands is essentieel om je collega's op de vloer perfect te ondersteunen, waarbij een basiskennis Engels mooi meegenomen is.
